Elizabeth Walker

Branch Manager, BIC

Professional

A graduate of Converse College, located in Spartanburg, SC, I hold a BS of International Business and a BA of Modern Languages. After college, I worked for my alma mater to help grow our Annual Fund by over $1mil. In 2008, I went into management with Target Corporation where we achieved great success with training, focus, and clear goals.

I frequently joke that the Coldwell Banker brand chose me in 2010 and I am proud of what we have accomplished as a company for over 114 years.

Locally, I am the Managing BIC of our Fort Mill, SC office and I am fortunate to have built the best team! My mission is simple: I help my agents live an exceptional life. Most agents join my office because they want to grow your business, become more efficient, develop better sales skills, build personal wealth and work with a company that celebrates their success in a fresh and fun way.

I am looking for experienced agents to add to our Fort Mill family of real estate professionals. If you share these priorities and want to know how our company and I can help you grow your business, let's connect.

Personal

I am so fortunate to call the Carolinas my home. My husband, Adam, and our little girl, Eliza Pope, and I live in Charlotte, NC near Park Road Shopping Center. You can find us riding our bicycles (yes, Eliza Pope, too!), walking just about anywhere, or enjoying a nice evening on our back patio.

I grew up in Columbia, SC and my parents and extended family are there still. In fact, my parents have been married nearly 40 years and continue to live in the home where my sister, Catherine, and I grew up!

My best friends are from college and we will make any excuse to gather. Whether it's a few days on Pawley's Island with all of the children, an excursion to the Dominican Republic, or a quick, weekend in the Blue Ridge mountains of NC, we make a point to stay connected.

Two long-term goals of mine are to have a yard that blooms all year and a home on the lake to enjoy with family and friends.

"Thank you for all your help! I learned from the best today. No scripts or videos could train me as much as watching you go through the [listing] process. Now I just have to duplicate and win again and again. Thank you, Elizabeth!"

"Elizabeth is passionate about her work and is very active in the business and real estate communities. She is a great guide in the way she teaches real estate agents techniques on how to list/sell homes quickly, negotiate strongly, build efficient businesses, serve the client. She gives VIP service. I believe there is no one better, no one more passionate, and no one that works as hard for their clients and her team of agent professionals than she does. "

  -Mercedes Vargas, Colleague

"I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for what you did for me today. I realize what you gave up to give me the time I needed and I appreciate it more than you know. My business is so much more than just a way to pay the bills for me. This, that I am creating now, is the manifestation of years worth of dreams of owning my own business. Every second you spend working with me is a gift. It really matters to me! God has a plan for me and it is big! Thank you for caring about me. It makes all the difference."

  -April Morris, Colleague

"I have so many great things to say about Elizabeth and Coldwell Banker. I have been an agent for a little less than 3 years, and it has been so difficult to really find my grove until I met with Elizabeth. So often in this business of serving other people's needs we get lost in our business and forget how to grow our business. I was at a brokerage that I felt did not focus on my unique talents and experiences. Elizabeth helped me to really dig into what makes me special and figure out how to capitalize on those things specifically. Elizabeth is always understanding and available to talk me through the difficult conversations, no matter if they are business or personal. I believe in her vision for herself, the brokerage and my business. I feel super blessed that she found me and I could not be happier at Coldwell Banker. She has personally sat down with me to explore the amazing tools that CB offers like Moxi, Listing Concierge, Prospect Square just to name a few."
